Summary

Phil Grossfield is the owner of Smart Sales Results, a subsidiary of Travel Mamas, LLC, and True Mountain Capital, LLC as a Senior Vice President and Business Development Specialist.

Phil is a record-setting sales leader both in individual achievements and in sales management. As a wholesale salesperson in a national residential mortgage lender, he was #1 out of over 500 salespersons breaking every record measured by the company including efficiency ratings and individual yearly funding in both units and dollar volume. As a sales and operations manager, he led several teams to higher-than-expected results including #1 in volume and profitability.  And in his last position as Senior Vice President at a national business lender, Phil was appointed to the executive management committee.

Phil has been extremely successful in building superior high volume lending teams using strategic sales, imaginative marketing, and innovative operational techniques. In addition, he has structured and executed successful research and pilot programs for business and residential loan products, and organically created the training programs for retail, call center, wholesale, and corresponding lending channels resulting in substantially higher than projected sales.

Simply put, Phil has consistently exceeded expectations of clients, business partners, and senior management by instilling confidence and positively influencing employees and colleagues. His leadership disciplines are founded in the practice of law as well as finance, sales, executive operations and sales management.
